Python version requirements documented

On MacOSX, both conda and pip install of datadotworld fail under Python 3.8. pip install of datadotworld *works* under Python 3.7.

Support for tracking multiple packages

I've added this capability to the CityStateLookup API in this PR: https://github.com/Brobin/usps-api/pull/13. Should be very easy to do the same thing for the tracking.

Cannot launch neovide from MacOS Dock with `fish` set as system shell

Confirmed that resetting my shell to zsh (reboot required, oddly) caused this to disappear.
