Same problem for me. shap.plots._waterfall.waterfall_legacy works, though. shap version 0.36.0
Heya! Didn't try tslearn, but I think with sktime it's not possible. the make_reduction forecasters also always need a siding window of size >0, so I can't do regression without...
The problem is that I also want to take a difference between the old labels and the predictions of the first model in between. Is there any way to do...
> Ah, you're doing multi-output regression! Now I see. That seems valid and indeed the `ZeroInflatedRegressor` wasn't designed with that in mind. Just looping @Garve in to be sure. Exactly.
That's true. I just noticed it when I wanted to put sample weights on the regressor, but not on the classifier. I'm using it for a time series regression problem...
(Sorry, not a bug.)
I would especially look forward to Isotonic Regression as base estimators because then I could model monotone functions with it.
Heya Joshua! Awesome, will try it out later! :) And I agree, having that in interpretml would definitely be the best! Especially if you can assign a different model for...
Hello @interpret-ml team! Thanks for the answer :) I would say that the enforcement during the training makes more sense. Doing it after the training only alters what the model...
Hi again! I implemented a very naive proof-of-concept version of an ExplainableBoostingMetaRegressor that takes any base regressor as input, see [here on my Github](https://github.com/Garve/scikit-bonus/blob/master/skbonus/meta/_explainable_regressor.py). I can even give each feature...
