[WebToolsE2E][Aspire] Failed to starts the Aspire dashboard in a Docker container with the aspire-dashboard:8.0.0

According to https://mcr.microsoft.com/en-us/product/dotnet/aspire-dashboard/tags, the latest aspire-dashboard is 8.0.0-preview.7, unable to find 8.0.0 aspire-dashboard, IS this issue as by design?

When running the project, an exception occurred: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: 'Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Extensions.ServiceDiscovery, Version=8.0.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=cc7b13ffcd2ddd51'. The system cannot find the file specified.'

This issue also repro when the Aspire version is upgraded from 8.0.2 to 8.1 and run the project.

Verify this issue still repro after installing the latest Aspire 9.1.0

[AzureTools][Aspire] The sequence number of the log changes when returning "Resource" and then clicking "View" of the project or container under the "Logs" in the Dashboard again

Verify this issue fixed on the latest Aspire 8.1.1-preview.1.24420.9
