Quick update; it seems to have gotten much worse. Doesnt matter what format of compression I use. I usually use vp9. But it seems the updates coming out are affecting...
Did some testing and found out something interesting (so far) Vp9 seems to be the culprit (for me, again, so far.) I switched to AVC and the buffer works fine....
