I feel like the conclusion of this thread was that you should use N50_num and N50_len (rather than L50), but then the implementation was that you just to remove N50_num...
Does this mean that if I load in a species tree and then a few thousand gene trees each with missing tips/taxa, that DensiTree should be able to handle that?...
