I agree that this audit spec on how to verify data quality should be part of a separate repo for now. MDS is about sharing data between providers and cities....
@avatarneil , as discussed during the city-services working group call, please add your use-cases for multiple rule-type policies.
@schnuerle I am personally not convinced that extended access control methods should be part of the MDS APIs. Specifying who is allowed to access which data is already done when...
