Not extracting all TIM's types.

I was using the tool to extract the character sprites from a game called Revelations Persona and it didn't finding anything, they should be TIM's. The file is the MES.BIN.

This tool is unable to extract the psarc files which are named ".psarc_s" for Infamous, I opened up the file in HXD and found this which I hope is helpful....
