Oh yes, you can 100% sure. Hope we are talking about the same stuff. A China GatlingCannon for 1200$ can fit between supply dock and china supply easily.
Or a barricade after WF which is 50$ only which makes it quite easy.
Or a smaller bunker Version Holding 2 ths only which also allows easier closing of a flank.
