OHHH i don't think i changed the rig to be set to humanoid I'll do that in unity RQ and get back to you!

Setting it to Humanoid in unity didnt work i assume its because its not a full skeleton

ok i can confirm what @danaYatsuta said, its an issue with having spaces in you mod organiser 2 install location name. "Morrowind Mod Organizer" gave the file not found error...
