Index name 'index_taggings_on_tag_id' on table 'taggings' already exists

I had the same problem when I was putting [5.0] after the migration name so I tried with [4.2] instead and it worked!

Inconsistent syntax highlighting

I have the same issue but with the attribute called "title" ex: (post.title)

ERB Highlighting doesn't work properly inside an html tag.

I did try to look at it but I'm not really good at regex.. Which the syntax highlighter seems to use a lot! Gotta learn more regex first haha!
