As someone else with the same issue, I upgraded to 8.1 and saw the issue immediately. At this point, I downgraded back to 8.0, got the pop-up a single time...
@medikoo Unfortunately, some are consumed outside of the Framework. I've got that as an option for my mentioned cloudwatch dashboard, but for the glue schemas mentioned, those are referenced elsewhere...
