Happens randomly with aligning newly drawn rectangular ways. Occurs once in a couple of hundred aligns (this is not the first time). So this one is quite boring to recreate....

I would keep the Save button on toolbar until the autosave feature gets implemented. At least for me it works as a reminder to do occasional saves just in case....
