Can ActivityCompat.shouldShowRequestPermissionRationale() be implemented for cases where user denies permission in first attempt? See http://developer.android.com/reference/android/support/v4/app/ActivityCompat.html#shouldShowRequestPermissionRationale(android.app.Activity, java.lang.String)
