[BUG] output encoding error

Does anyone know how to solve this encoding problem for c language? i tried `gcc -encoding UTF-8` but it didn't work

Suggestion: add a way to add extra settings in default theme @settings

I too want to know how to make flashcards work with outline. I use Logseq and the flashcard syntax is basically the same.
