加入对于方舟蚀刻章码（实验）的支持

鉴于新版本（7.9更新）中即将加入展示个人蚀刻章的功能，目前已有多种利用蚀刻章顺序传递信息的提案（见 https://bbs.nga.cn/read.php?tid=22486327 ），此脚本可考虑加入对于其中一些标准的支持。 初步想法为将各种协议以插件形式载入，每种协议可以进行编码/解码（扫码），编码结果以图片形式输出，扫码结果以文字形式输出。欢迎讨论。
