USB Gadget Tool also seems unable to add any functions (from list of built ins) to a gadget, except for keyboard (https://f-droid.org/packages/net.tjado.usbgadget/) Turning SELinux off here does not help either....

Try deleting linux.img and install debian again, I used debian bookworm version and everythind worked fine, I'm having a lot of trouble getting sound to work but oh well.
