We cannot reInit the slider because we have video tags in them.
Unfortunately, we don't want to recompile each slider. That would be bad performance for us.
The issue is that using code-first approach means using TS metadata because of all the decorators. TypeScript is unaware of the NestJS modules e.g. it cannot know that a @Resolver...
I'm still having this issue. Would it make sense to throttle/debounce this to prevent a too huge performance drop?

Any news on this? I agree, the `title` prop needs to be renamed or moved into another prop to avoid conflict.
