I mean it already would be a big help if you could sync the grocy shopping list with the Alexa list, iOS shopping list or android shopping list.
I agree with the syncing. CalDav would be a way to add my alexa-added-items and iOS items to sync with grocy.
This would also expose the entities properly in HomeKit including humidity properties.
I only use HA groups and still have lights randomly turn on.
