We should set the fontcolor to black by default. Some themes on Linux use a slightly different color, for example Ubuntu uses a dark gray. That drove me mad, because...

This is a proof of concept how to add a new icon set. I am not sure if we should go with "Remix" but that needs to be discussed

New design for table selection cursors

At least for Windows we could use 32-bit color-depth cursors (incl. transparency), which are supported since Windows XP. That should be possible for macOS (PNG), too?
