Also support viewports, but turn them off by default as they're unstable on multiple platforms.

The current GUI only shows CTRE PCM devices, not REV PH devices.

Currently titlebar popups are used (abused) for complex settings (e.g. plots). With settings windows, the titlebar popup would just have a checkbox for "settings" to show/hide the separate settings window.

This should have HAL views plus a tree showing all data (editable) like NetworkTables. Like NetworkTables, it should support client and server operation.

This would connect to the DS dashboard data stream (currently this is only used by the LabView dashboard).

This is already built in repo, just need to finish embedding it in glass/simgui and add a selectable to load it internally.

This would be helpful to display more sig figs, especially in the NetworkTables view.
