Determined it was related to nginx client_max_body_size ! Added a larger value to my proxy and the host, and it works like a charm.

For follow up - I tried re-installing to see if that would solve the issue. it does not. Interesting though, even when the message pops up, the music keeps playing.....
Curious - are you using any music apps on your system? Beacn, rode, voicemeeter, etc. ? Have you checked out the routing table for sound within Win11? Not a dev...
