I am using latest docker version on Ubuntu 22. Anyway, I think it is more an issue on the mobile side so some kind of reconnection logic should be implemented.

But I have 3 installed applications in another field in Info.plist.
It seems there is no "Applications" dictionary. Could it be related to this [issue](https://github.com/libimobiledevice/libimobiledevice/issues/343)?
You can detect Frida by checking for frida-server in running processes, ports 27042/27043, or injected libs like libfrida-gadget.so.
