AWS is not recognised as an internal or external command

Hi..I tried to check aws --version but I am facing this issue : import awscli.clidriver ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'awscli' Can anyone help me to know why iam facing this...

vcd vapp list shows all vapps instead of those in current vdc

Hey do u have any idea I want check which all vapp is down only and want to bring that vapp back up?
