### 功能描述 / Feature description 需要可以自定义系统代理地址，而不是127.0.0.1写死。 ### 使用场景 / Use case Windows下WSL可以自动配置继承系统代理，Docker Desktop也支持注入host.docker.internal的解析。 WSL默认是继承系统代理的，如果配置为127.0.0.1，继承到容器内的也是127.0.0.1，端口无法访问导致代理失效。 ### 适用系统 / Target OS - [x] windows - [ ] macos - [ ] linux
