Ability to block videos based on how old they are

Would it be possible to add a filter to block videos over a certian amount of days old im sick of youtube reccomending 4 year old videos from channels.

Abilty to import all projects withought having the list them

is there a way to have it import all projects from all users and groups. only way i figured out was listing out each user then using * behind it...
