兄弟，我也遇到同样的问题了，但是我是最新版本的，还是没解决。你的解决没？

SCP安装于seurat版本搭配问题。

@QIN0909sh seurat安装4.4.0版本的，然后seuratobject安装5.0.2版本的就可以，后边保持seurat的4.4.0版本就可以了，不冲突。不过这个包有一些函数的依赖包没更新会报错。现在有另外一个包在scp的基础上不停的更新，但是兼容V5的，V4就不行了，叫SCOP，你你可以看看
