When I start a game from Steam through the frontend (default settings) it seems to trigger the exit game event while the game is still launching, causing some issues like...

Add Elapsed filter

as discussed in #192, a way to get the current elapsed time is almost required for things that are supposed to be synced to the audio (rhythm games for example)...
