The issue, I think, is that the website changed its certificate while it was down for an hour or so earlier today. So I'm sure this'll be fixed soon.
There's currently a mod for this that works. "Disable Boost Filter", meant for the Xbox/Xenia version, compatible with this using the latest Hedge Mod Manager release. Just copy/paste the unzipped...
