Add "Split Vertical" Layout

I need this! I come from mac OS and emulate this behavior using rectangle on my second monitor. I have not found any way to do this in linux.

Checking the project, I saw that the carrot-top hasn't received updates since 2012. Bearing that in mind, would it be valid to apply a cleaning of the uri parameters right...
