'Series' object has no attribute 'append'

i've tried run for "dbl" and "ets" anomaly detection algorithm but it return the error as follow. ('Series' object has no attribute 'append') 

i've tried to run on distribution divergence in the gui, but it seems like return the error as follow (Expecting value: line 1 column 2 (char 1) )
