back to the original bug report... I played with this with one of the free online mocking service, to see what is actually received. it appears that only leading plus...
found related issue: https://github.com/Orange-OpenSource/hurl/issues/1314 I guess, in some cases, Hurl interprets values as numbers, in others as strings.
It's probably not plugin's fault, but just FYI. Also, it wasn't happening before (though, probably last time I was updating this bookmarklet was at least a year ago).
