Can I work on this? If yes, do I need to install Serverless Framework(found this on [repo's README)](https://github.com/marknorrapscm/serverless-media-portal#readme) and other backend stuff in order to work on it?

Yeah, they can work on it. One suggestion: none of the pages has the `main-content` as ID. It'll be available after #754 is resolved.

I'm not really sure if this is going to work since the hover state is achieved through Javascript. Checking [ScrollspyMenu](https://github.com/layer5io/layer5/blob/master/src/sections/General/Navigation/utility/ScrollspyMenu.js) that displays the content, I think we can call [wrapDisplay](https://github.com/layer5io/layer5/blob/cfbf831f9ab45c95764adc4512d7e3cdbbbf7c65/src/sections/General/Navigation/utility/ScrollspyMenu.js#L26)...

I tried the above solution which I proposed but it's not working. There's just a flash of the dropdown menus when the first menu is focused. Someone else can work...
