推荐一个解决方案，搬瓦工的 [justmysocks](https://justmysocks1.net/) 服务，也是通过域名配置，如果当前域名对应的 IP 被封，域名会自动切换到合适的 IP，客户端可以配置 shadowsocks 或者 v2ray 这两种形式，并且一个服务配置多个域名，当前域名网络延迟大可以切换到其他域名，体验不错。
