@AlvaroBrey Strangely; I cleared all the permissions for my device and allowed the file permission again and it seems to work now. All file types can now be uploaded successfully...

I'm always having to clear the opcache on restart of the server. Otherwise all clients will complain saying that server is in maintenance mode. Why is this?
