It was added by ab6197b5c50c434c5144775e290b54056dff47e8, and can be avoided by adding `let g:haskell_rlangqq = 0` to your configuration.

@frigeky00 From what I've been able to find, there are no workarounds as long as you need WebAssembly and lockdown mode. I also haven't seen Apple address the issue whatsoever.

I've debugged this behavior in my system and found a workaround, see [comment#2582246957](https://github.com/QubesOS/qubes-issues/issues/8794#issuecomment-2582246957). I'm hesitant to make a pull request though; I only have a single system to test on...
