So after compiling this for myself and figuring out how qmk works and what is expected of a PR for this repo this seems like a good PR to merge.
It needs something called timestamping I have tried implementing it at https://github.com/Notupus/some-test/tree/libresdr . I havent seen it work yet. Based on https://www.quantulum.co.uk/blog/private-lte-with-plutoplus-sdr/
I have no idea if the code is sound but this works on PPPoE VDSL tested on the 3370 Fritzbox.
