Oh so the mod load order is what breaks it. I always loaded DebugMod after Freecam so that's why Freecam controls were broken for me.
That's not really possible since the controls for the freecam are hard coded into the game.
Should the game time start when the cut scene is finished/skipped since that's how the game time is tracked for the in-game mission timer?

I can also confirm that this happens if the "Visual editor" button is pressed before REPO is loaded. It will be fixed in the next update.
Issue still persists on v1.0.166 of ReHitman.
1.0.104 seems to be fine.
