`isDrawingValuesAllowed` assumes all datasets have `drawValuesEnabled = true`

that's not really the point, that function is called after the check above so if it fails the check above it'll never get to that. And the `maxVisibleCount` specifically states...

I agree, configurable with key: value as the default.

Problem with a scene in foregroundInactive state

No way to use `--strict` or `--fix` with the Xcode Build Plugin

Via terminal `swift package plugin --allow-writing-to-package-directory swiftlint --fix` seems to work, which I did not expect.
