Error Deserializing Struct With `flatten`-ed Tagged Enum

`cargo watch` in a workspace root gets triggered by the updated `Cargo.lock`

I'm also interested in looking into this, if I can get some tips where to start.

Support for workspaces

`cargo watch` in a workspace root changes the `Cargo.lock` file, which will trigger an infinite loop. Is this part of this issue?

I try to stop the download too. I've set up `npm_config_tarball` where I have the headers. But it is not clear what should be the values of the `npm_config_ensure` environment...
