Anonymizing hostname doesn't work

After following the instructions to [anonymize my hostname](https://github.com/Qubes-Community/Contents/blob/master/docs/privacy/anonymizing-your-mac-address.md#anonymize-your-hostname), a test with Wireshark revealed my hostname wasn't being anonymized.
