Why update cef? it's not nice to keep outdated software, they've made a lot of changes with the latest version

Probably the best way is to use the gcc preprocessor, as I did in my repository (https://github.com/ErnyTech/mcpelauncher-linux/commit/94705a2c9b673ee7ee941f538d43e42db472d65b)
