Add parameters to add/remove OpenHashTab in context menu

Hi, At the end of installation, we can add it to context menu, but after, there's nowhere to change this setting. Thanks !

Currently, each modification results in an email sent. It would be nice if each user could manage the alerts they wish to receive (on its own modification, on add/modify/remove/column change/comment/...)
