Publish less files to packagist

I noticed that there are some files published to Packagist, that are only needed while developing locally. This results in e.g. every developer downloading the `.github/` folder, which is not...

When decompressing an archive on a Mac, the default archive tool seems to automatically create folder based on the name of the archive. This is not the case on all...
