Actually I was able to make progress - Vaclav was kind enough to [update a tutorial](https://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/MPSD20183/Shapes+-+an+introductory+MPS+tutorial#Shapes-anintroductoryMPStutorial-Analternativexmlgenerator) for me on how to generate XML output. I can now use that as...
