Downgrading to the previous version, 4.6.77, resolved the issue for me, so this is presumably a bug in the latest version of the mod for 1.18.2 (Forge), 4.7.78.

@embeddedt I had the same issue, and disabling VanillaFix solved it, even though Surge is still installed.

I would love an update for 1.18.2 (Forge), personally. It seems to me like 1.18.2 will be the main modding version for a while, like how 1.12.2 was—and 1.7.10 before...

I’m having the same issue with [Rubidium](https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/rubidium). As previously mentioned, F3 + A to reload chunks is a temporary fix. I hope this is fixed.

I was having the same issue, and after some troubleshooting, I figured out that this was also caused by [Surge](https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/surge). Disabling Surge solves the problem. (See [this issue](https://github.com/Epoxide-Software/Surge/issues/35).)

Can confirm that this still occurs on the latest beta release, 9.7.2.264. It may be an issue on Refined Storage’s end.
