I resolved this by commenting out the line `` in **Sitecore.Social.config**.

This has just cost me a considerable amount of time to figure out where the problem was (see [here](https://forum.openzeppelin.com/t/unable-to-upgrade-contract-as-previous-deployment-is-not-registered/15861)). When will this be fixed?
