It's a PCB, not easy to replicate swapping control lines. If i test the exixe-12s individually, they are good. The digits displayed are accurate.

Yea, that didn't do anything. I'm gonna desolder the IN-12s from a couple exixe-12s and inspect them closely just to satisfy my curiosity. One working, one not. My clock PCB...
