@NGPixel I thought it was the same, no upload limit is set on apache though. I've tried it locally on my machine without apache and had the same issue.

I'm making the changes to `config.yml` in the code root. I have restarted the server hardware after making the changes.

As stated above, setting the upload options doesn't really have any affect right now. I did see something similar to this in my testing though. Bear with my non-specific instructions....
