Do you have ReShade installed (dxgi.dll in game folder). Are you using EGS or Steam version?
Delete(or rename) dxgi its a reshade which is not compatible yet
Start the game. It doesnt work in main menu. You dont need to restart game when switching scale mode. Sharpness is not the same as scaling. Its 0.5 by default...

Looks like devs updated anticheat and d3d11.dll is now loaded from system folder directly. I guess it also broke enb and similar mods
