Now throttlerLimit() is deprecated everywhere, providing a ThrottlerRepeatOperations could be convenient

The solution you provided @rmaheshk won't work since you're using TaskExecutorRepeatTemplate which it self uses the deprecated method. You should implement your own custom RepeatOperations for it to work. Check...
